Check the actuator operation by connecting the battery voltage directly to rear door lock actuator (LH).

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> Rear door lock actuator (LH) is OK.

NO

>> Replace rear door lock actuator (LH). Refer to

DLK-262, "DOOR LOCK : Removal and Installa-

tion"

Check voltage between BCM connector and ground.

Turn ignition switch OFF.

2.

Disconnect BCM and rear door lock actuator (RH) connector.

CHECK BCM OUTPUT SIGNAL

Check voltage between BCM connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 4.

NO

>> GO TO 2.

CHECK BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY CIRCUIT

1.

Turn ignition switch OFF.

2.

Disconnect BCM and back door lock assembly connector.

3.

Check continuity between BCM connector and back door lock assembly connector.

4.

Check continuity between BCM connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

>> GO TO 3.
