REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY (w/ Trailer Towing System) (See REMOVAL )

REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (See REMOVAL )

DISCONNECT INLET RADIATOR HOSE

DISCONNECT OUTLET RADIATOR HOSE

REMOVE FAN SHROUD

a

Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling fan

Remove the fan and generator V-belt

c

Disconnect the reservoir hose from the upper radiator tank

d

w/ Trailer Towing System:

Detach the claw to open the No 1 flexible hose clamp

Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud

Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling fan, and then remove the shroud together with the coupling
fan

Remove the fan pulley from the fan bracket

REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH (w/o Trailer Towing System)

Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and side deflector

REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and side deflector

b

Disconnect the wire harness clamp

NOTE:

Be careful not to damage the radiator core.

REMOVE RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG

Remove the drain cock plug

Remove the O-ring

REASSEMBLY

INSTALL RADIATOR DRAIN COCK PLUG

Install new O-ring to drain cock plug

Install drain cock plug

INSTALLATION

INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

a

Set the radiator bracket hooks to the radiator support holes

Install the radiator with the 4 bolts

Torque: 18 N*m (184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf)
