a. Check that the hoses are installed correctly.
b. Check for cracks, etc. in the hoses.

1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE (See REMOVAL )
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
